Each terminal keeps a record of its transactions. To balance the day:
- Open Reports on the terminal to see today’s total and the list of transactions.
- Compare it with your till or receipts.
- Check the same day in your merchant dashboard, where voids and declines are shown separately.
Your bank deposit for those sales arrives on the third business day, as shown on your settlement statement.
