Loading and buying receipt paper

Your terminal comes with one free roll of receipt paper.

Buying more paper

You can buy paper from Flopay, or ask us for the paper specification and buy compatible rolls from any supplier.

Loading a roll

1. Open the printer lid on top of the terminal.
2. Drop in the new roll the way you were shown at training, with the loose end coming out over the edge of the compartment.
3. Pull a little paper out and close the lid firmly.
4. Print a test receipt from a recent transaction to check it.

Blank receipts usually mean the roll is in upside down. Turn it over and try again.
