- Void: cancels a sale, typically used straight away for a mistake such as the wrong amount, before the transaction is settled.
- Refund: returns money to the customer’s card for a sale that has already gone through, for example when goods are returned.
Both are on the home screen: Void and Refund List. If you’re unsure which to use, WhatsApp us before you act.
